Single row angular contact ball bearings can only bear axial load in one direction. When this type of bearing is subjected to pure radial load, since the line of action of the rolling element load and the line of action of the radial load are not in the same radial plane, an internal axial component will be generated, so they must be installed in pairs.

1. Bearing installation should be carried out in a dust-free and clean room. Bearings should be selected carefully and their spacers should be ground. On the premise of keeping the height of the inner and outer ring spacers the same, the parallelism of the spacers should be controlled at 1um. the following;
2. The bearings should be cleaned before installation. When cleaning, the inner ring should be tilted upward so that the hand feels flexible and there is no sense of stagnation. After drying, add the specified amount of grease. If it is oil mist lubrication, add a small amount of oil mist oil;
3. Special tools should be used for bearing installation, the force should be even, and knocking is strictly prohibited;
4. Bearings should be stored in a clean, ventilated place without corrosive gases, and the relative humidity should not exceed 65%. If long-term storage is required, anti-rust treatment should be carried out regularly.
