Spherical Roller Bearing
Spherical roller bearings have double rows of rollers. The outer ring has a common spherical raceway, and the inner ring has two raceways that are inclined at a certain angle relative to the bearing axis. This ingenious structure makes it self-aligning and therefore not easily affected by the angle between the shaft and the bearing seat or the bending of the shaft. It is suitable for occasions where installation error or shaft deflection causes angle error. In addition to bearing radial loads, bearings can also bear axial loads acting in both directions.
There are two types of inner holes of spherical roller bearings: cylindrical and conical. The taper of the conical hole is 1:30 and 1:12. This type of tapered bore bearing is equipped with an adapter sleeve or withdrawal sleeve. The self-aligning ball bearing with a tapered inner hole can be easily and quickly assembled on the optical shaft or elevator shaft.
